Is your chicken halal?
Yes. All chicken served at Clutch City Cluckers is 100% halal certified, at every location. It is hand-breaded in house, marinated overnight and fried to order.
What are your opening hours?
Hours vary by restaurant, and most kitchens serve well past midnight. Our flagship on Richmond Ave in the Galleria area is open 10 AM - 5 AM every day. Opening hours for all 12 locations are listed on the Locations page.
Do you deliver?
Yes. You can order delivery from our online ordering page, or through DoorDash and Uber Eats. Delivery radius, timing and fees depend on your address and the platform you order from.
Can I order pickup or takeout?
Yes. Choose pickup when you order online and collect from the location you selected. Walk-in orders are welcome at every restaurant during opening hours.
Do you cater?
Yes. We cater corporate lunches, office catering and group orders, with packaging for 10 to 500 people. Submit a catering request and our team replies within 24 hours with a custom quote. We are also listed on ezCater.
Do you offer family meals or group platters?
Yes. The OnlyFams range covers larger groups: the Cluck It Like It's Hot Family Meal and Cheesy Buns Family Meal each come with 8 sandwiches plus fries and sauce, and there are 8-piece and 12-piece Tenders Family Platters served with Texas toast, fries and Cluck It Sauce. Wings are also available as a family-size box.

Ahmad Kilane immigrated from Irbid, Jordan to Houston in 2015. While earning his Master's degree, he worked at Abu Omar Halal (Houston's first halal food truck) and eventually co-owned six locations.
In February 2021, he launched Clutch City Cluckers with a single mission: bring authentic Nashville hot chicken to everyone, prepared 100% halal with the freshest ingredients. The name honors Houston's "Clutch City" legacy from the Rockets' 1994-95 championship run.
From one truck to 13 locations spanning Texas, Louisiana & Florida. The chicken is always fresh, the halal certification is never compromised.
